Plumbing Survey...

Here are some things to look for when inspecting the plumbing:
1. Water pressure: Check the water pressure throughout the house to ensure that it's strong and consistent.
2. Water leaks: Check for any water leaks or stains on walls, ceilings, and floors. Look for signs of water damage around sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets.
3. Pipes: Check the pipes throughout the house to ensure that they are in good condition. Look for any signs of rust, corrosion, or damage.
4. Drainage: Test all the drains in the house to make sure that they are draining properly and not blocked.
5. Toilets: Test all the toilets in the house to make sure that they are flushing correctly and not leaking.
6. Sump pump: Check the sump pump if the house has a basement or crawl space. Make sure it is working correctly and not blocked.
7. Hot water heater/boiler: Check the hot water heater to ensure that it's in good condition and has been maintained well.
8. Septic system: If the house has a septic system, have a professional check it to make sure that it's in good working condition.
9. Water softener: If the house has a water softener, check it to ensure that it's working correctly and not damaged.
10. Lead pipes: Check if the house has any lead pipes, especially in older homes. If there are lead pipes, they should be replaced immediately as they can cause health problems.
